I am fully informed or otherwise aware that while teach-english-korea will introduce me to prospective contracting organizations for the purpose of entering into a contract to teach abroad, being accepted as a candidate by teach-english-korea does not constitute a guarantee that I will gain employment as a result of being accepted for representation by teach-english-korea.

I am fully informed or otherwise aware that while teach-english-korea will provide a reasonable amount of support and assistance to me if I am employed through representation by teach-english-korea, the teaching contract is solely between the teacher and the contracting organization. teach-english-korea is not responsible for any breach of contract by either party, nor for any situation, including closure or bankruptcy of the contracting organization, that results in the contract not being fulfilled. I am fully aware and understand that if I am terminated for any reason by the contracting organization, teach-english-korea is not obligated in any way to rectify the situation or to find me another contract to teach abroad.

I authorize teach-english-korea to collect a photograph of me and personal information, such as name, phone number, email address, residence address, work history, academic history and other non-financial personal information for the purposes of determining eligibility to teach in South Korea.

I authorize teach-english-korea to use my photograph and information to introduce me to prospective employers in South Korea for the purpose of attempting to obtain employment for me. I accept and authorize teach-english-korea to use my photograph and other personal information collected from me to offer customized web features for the sole purposes of obtaining employment for me. I fully understand that teach-english-korea will not disclose any personal contact information, including my home phone number, cell phone number, email address and place of residence, to prospective employers without my express consent, and that my submitted photo, resume, cover letters, degrees, letters of reference and other materials sent to teach-english-korea will be kept private and will only be used for the purposes of introducing me to potential employers.

I authorize teach-english-korea to contact the educational institutions that I attended to establish proof of my academic history and I authorize teach-english-korea to inform said institutions of my current status with teach-english-korea. I authorize teach-english-korea to contact my previous employers to establish proof of my employement history and performance and I authorize teach-english-korea to inform said employers of my current status with teach-english-korea.

I swear that am in sufficient physical and mental health and do not have any physical or mental conditions which could affect my ability to fulfill the obligations of any contract. I have medical insurance coverage appropriate for my participation in the Activity or until insurance is provided by an employer. teach-english-korea shall not be responsible for providing any insurance for me in connection with my participation in the Activity.

I am fully informed or otherwise aware of, and fully assume, all risks to person and property in connection with my participation in the Activity.

I fully and forever RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE, teach-english-korea (including, but not limited to, its owners, directors, employees and representatives), from and for any and all demands, claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, court costs and attorneys' fees), from any cause whatsoever (including, but not limited to, travel delays, property damage and loss, bodily injuries, sickness, disease and death), directly or indirectly arising in connection with my participation in the Activity, whether or not foreseeable or contributed to by the negligent acts or omissions of teach-english-korea or others.
