Teaching Positions

We have excellent positions available now in a wide variety of Schools all over Korea, for Native born English speaking people, and we are very successful in placing people ongoing. We work with Franchise Companies and also Independent Companies with a large number of Schools.

Contracts are for 12 months. Teaching hours normally 30 per week. Overtime is paid if Teaching hours exceed 30 per week.

We recommend you work with us, rather than taking risks dealing with individuals or Companies which do not fully understand the complexity of this Industry.
You do not need to speak Korean. You need any University Degree for your E2 Working Visa. No experience needed.

Income
12 month Contract Teaching 30 hours weekly
American and Canadian Teachers can expect to earn approximately 2 million Won per month. New Zealand and Australian Teachers can expect to earn approximately 1.8 million Won per month. Bonus, a severance payment of one months salary is payable at the completion of your Contract. Salary is paid in cash, direct credit, or cheque, at the end of the month or the 5th or 10th of the following month. Cost of living in Korea is reasonable, with a high standard of living. You can save lots of money. You are also very safe in Korea.

Accommodation
Accommodation is Rent free and normally consists of a 1 bedroom furnished apartment with a TV. Fridge, bed/bedding, cooker, etc but no luxury items like CD player or microwave. You can pay for Cable TV. Power/water charges are paid by you.

Placement
Normally quickly, and you may only be given a few days notice of the required start time in conjunction with the departure date you have advised us of.

Location
If you state a preference/s it may take a little longer to place you.

Age of children
Class sizes are very small. Teaching is mainly to Pre school age children in the mornings and normally older children in the afternoons. Schools also employ Korean teachers who speak good English.

Teaching Resource Material
Each school provides material with you assisting preparation
Normal resources are provided ie: books, videos, cassettes, projectors, white boards, board games, etc. Some time will be spent outdoors, parks, theme parks, playgrounds, etc.

Referrals
When you refer someone to us we pay to you a cash referral fee.
